The public site is here to make the work legible and invite relationship. It is not permission to copy, repackage, or institutionally implement the protected materials behind it.
Three clear lanes
These boundaries are intended to make good-faith participation easier—not to turn every conversation about an idea into a legal ceremony. Uses allowed by law, including applicable fair-use rights, remain unaffected.
Read the public site, share links, cite or discuss the work with clear attribution, join public activities when offered, and submit interest through the site. Signing up for updates or expressing interest does not create a fee, membership, license, endorsement, or obligation.
To pilot a named program using substantial project materials, publish a derivative curriculum, develop a local Möbius program, or incorporate the work into an organization, begin with a written scope that names permission, labor, compensation, attribution, privacy, decision rights, evidence, and review.
Commercial use, paid delivery, organizational implementation, licensing, sponsorship, or publication requires explicit written permission. A public description is an invitation to inquire—not a transfer of curriculum, methods, brand rights, source files, or implementation authority.
Three publication layers
A visible webpage cannot be made uncopyable. The practical boundary is to publish a genuinely useful learning layer while reserving repeatable implementation materials for defined relationships.
Public
Read, link, cite, discuss, and use any specifically labeled learning sheet under the permission printed on that item. If no extra permission is printed, the ordinary public-site terms apply.
By written scope
Facilitation, adaptation, branded pilots, training, organizational delivery, editable materials, and commercial use are prepared through a consulting or licensing agreement.
Invited access
Manuals, scripts, assessments, budgets, staffing logic, governance instruments, site records, source research, partner notes, and implementation files remain limited to authorized collaborators.
Authorship + contribution
Local adaptation can create genuine local ownership without erasing origin, labor, or lineage.
Original writing, diagrams, visual systems, art direction, case materials, and fixed curriculum materials remain attributed to Sahar Tai-Seale unless a specific credit says otherwise. Individual image credits distinguish AI-generated concept art, archival photography, source material, and collaborator work where applicable. Local collaborators retain credit and appropriate rights in their original contributions.
Participation does not transfer ownership of Sahar’s pre-existing work. Collaboration does not transfer ownership of a participant’s independent work unless a written agreement explicitly says so. Institutions, participants, hosts, reviewers, and partners are credited for what they actually contribute; affiliation or endorsement is never implied.
AI + art transparency
Much of the current concept art on this site was generated with AI under Sahar’s direction.
This has helped make an unusually large and interconnected body of emerging ideas visible, but it also raises real concerns about source material, artistic labor, bias, environmental cost, cultural flattening, and the production of inaccurate or unrealistic details.
These images are concept sketches—not documentary evidence, completed architectural plans, or the final visual authority for this work.
Artists, photographers, illustrators, designers, musicians, builders, cultural practitioners, and accessibility reviewers are warmly invited to critique, correct, reinterpret, replace, or expand this visual language.
Contributions should be coordinated through clear agreements concerning authorship, attribution, consent, accessibility, permitted uses, and compensation when funding allows.
Why use it now?
The purpose of using AI is not to eliminate human artistic practice. It is to make the ideas visible enough for more thoughtful human collaboration to begin.
